Renting is normally from Saturday
afternoon to Saturday morning (7nights) - depending on flight arrivals
and availabiliy. |

A reservation
deposit of 25% is
requested
when the reservation is made. You will then receive a renting contract
including all relevant information. |

A caution
of 250€ has to be added
to
the rest payment. The later has to be on our account one month prior to
the start of the renting period. This caution covers for possible
breakages while renting and for the cleaning
fee if a cleaning service is required. The outstanding amount will be
deposited back into your account at most 15 days later. |

The house - Madeira Casa - can be
rented on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly
basis. Please contact us to receive a price quotation for longer
periods of time. |

The bed, bath and kitchen linen
is included. |

do not take responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether
personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the
Madeira Casa villa and recommend you take out suitable insurance
before traveling to Madeira island. |
