welcome to madeiracasa
With a lush green covering its
surrounding slopes, it gorgeous views and the village's great
tranquility, Boaventura has been sought precisely due to the
peacefulness and beauty that it offers.
... and what if Boaventura was Paradise?
On the edge of a quaint village named Boaventura, the villa sits on the "Levada de Cima" and overlooks surf-crashing seascapes and rocky mountain vistas.
It has 3 bedrooms from which 2 with covered balconies and breathtaking views, 2 fully equipped bathrooms (one with a bath and the other with a shower), a kitchen with all you need to cook up a feast, living and dining room, patio and postcard views in every direction.
With an open-plan layout, the villa is spacious and offers maximum natural light, it also offers a furnished patio overlooking the sea.
It is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing vacation in complete privacy. All you hear is the ocean's constant movement, the trickle of the levada behind you and the birds.
The Ocean is a short 3 minute-drive away whereas 5 minutes take you to the brand new pool of Ponta Delgada. In 10 minutes you reach the Nautical Sports center of Sao Vicente and in 15 minutes the sandy black beach of Seixal.
Once you parked the car (2 free parkings are available), the house can be reached by foot either after a short and flat levada walk or by climbing 25m of stairs.
We respectfully advise anyone with a walking disability to question the suitability of this accommodation, due to the amount of stairs or to the short levada-walk leading to the property.
We believe that coming to stay at MadeiraCasa will be an experience you will want to repeat once you have seen the beauty and experienced the tranquillity this luxury accommodation has to offer and we hope that you would come again.
